Lots of snow

Hello students,

for the last two days we have had lots of snow. It is winter of course, and I have mixed feelings about snow - it looks so beautiful in our garden and I ought to go for a long walk. But cleaning snow from the sidewalk of our street is hard work.
Very happy that we did not have to go anywhere because cars are in real trouble; our street is not even cleaned yet.

Actually, our country is one peninsula about the size of Vancouver Island, and many more islands. This means that weather changes often. And, our country is part of Scandinavia! Now, it is up to you to make a guess: which country do I live in?

Now, this is real fun! Wendy is not at school because she is sick. But she and I can chat about this fun Mystery. And then, we're not sure how to do this riddle - we're experimenting.

OK , dear Hawaii (I think you're a girl, but how do I know)?

I'm a woman, in her best age. My hair is turned grey but used to be dark blond I think. My haircut is pretty short but I would need a haircut to look smarter. I wear trousers for everyday clothes and sometimes skirts for going out. And, my eyes are blue. Now, what more would you like to know about me?

Please do tell your classmates that I'm ready to answser all sorts of (polite) questions :-))

Yours, Eve in Paradise
